Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 324, 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against these petitioners is of assaulting the informant and his family members.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the State vehemently oppose the prayer for bail and submits that the injury caused by these
