2. In the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 11857-11859 of 2018 dated 05.12.2018 whereby the Civil Appeals were allowed in favour of Sanjay Kumar Jha (O.P. No. 6) and consequently orders passed in L.P.A. No. 855 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016 and C.W.J.C. No. 2019 of 2015 were set aside.
