The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.719 of 2018 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 402 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on Section 395 of IPC was added.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in visiting Jewellery shops in order to sell gold. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he was not put on TIP.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 03.08.2018 and he is not put on TIP and the

Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of F.T. C. No.II, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No.719 of 2018 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 402 of 2018.
