Giri, learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner, on a query raised by the Court, informs that during pendency of the Writ Application investigation has already been completed in the present case, a chargesheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken in which the petitioner has been summoned by the learned court below.

Mr. Rama Kant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel representing the Vigilance Investigation Bureau assisted by Mr. Santosh Kumar Pandey is present.

Since the learned court below has already taken cognizance and the petitioner has been summoned, to this Court, it appears that the Writ Application has become infructuous.
