Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though in paragraph no.4 of the counter affidavit it has been admitted that the petitioner is entitled for Subsistence Allowance for the period of suspension i.e. from 19.07.1995 to 21.05.2001 and an amount of Rs.1,54,948/- has been paid but due to clerical mistakes, the entire amount has not

Patna High Court CWJC No.17990 of 2012(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 been paid, which can very well be considered by the concerned Authority. The petitioner, therefore, seeks to file detailed representation before the Chief Accounts Officer.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner and informations contained in the counter affidavit, the Chief Accounts Officer, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation is directed to take appropriate steps, on the basis of the records and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, after making correct calculation, if at all, he finds any mistake in the earlier calculation or the petitioner is able to point out the mistake in calculation committed by the Chief Accounts Officer, in accordance with the law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
