2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 87 of BNS, 2023.
3. Allegedly the daughter of the informant was enticed away by co-accused Gautam Kumar with the help of his brother. When the informant and others having come to know went to the house of co-accused persons, they were also abused and assaulted and threatened with dire consequences leading to institution of the FIR.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are parents of co-accused Gautam Kumar, whereas petitioner no. 3 is brother of co-accused Gautam Kumar. With respect to the occurrence which took place on 16.10.2024, FIR came to be instituted on 19.10.2024. Both the victim girl and Gautam Kumar were major and studying in the same College. Later on they developed proximity and solemnized marriage. The aforesaid fact has also been accepted by the learned Advocate for the informant and submission has been made that since both the parties have solemnized the marriage, the informant and his family members have also no objection.

Having considered the submissions set forth by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30629 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 3/3 Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
