2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the observation made against him by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi which affects his service. Allegation is that the petitioner has restrained the respondent no.8 vide letter no.370 dated 28.03.2012 in capacity of Block Education Officer, Parihar from attending the school. Respondent no.8 had

Patna High Court CWJC No.18814 of 2012(3) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 approached the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi and order dated 16.06.2012 has been passed against the petitioner deducting honorarium amount to be made from the salary of the petitioner after giving him due opportunity of hearing.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the relief, as sought for in the present writ petition.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the the petitioner that he seeks to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law, I don't find to interfere with the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
