Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Rabindra Kumar. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner on account of his antecedents as from perusal of para-3 of the anticipatory bail application, it manifests that petitioner has antecedent of ten cases and during the pendency of the instant anticipatory bail application, he got implicated in two more cases as such the petitioner has antecedent of 12 cases as of date.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
