2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kawakol P. S. Case No. 456 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 117(3), 118(2), 109, 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons is alleged to have assaulted father of the informant by means of iron rod as a result of which, he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and allegation against him is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
