No. 21118 of 2021, insofar as para-f.

2. Para-f of the order dated 14.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21118 of 2021 reads as under:- "f. The Appellate Authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the appeal;"

3. If the petitioner failed to comply the directions of this Court with reference to time limit, there is no question of extension of time by means of seeking modification of order. Further, question of extension of time stipulated (supra) is not warranted, for the reasons that time limit granted by this Court of eight (8) weeks, has already lapsed in the month of April, 2020, whereas the present M.J.C. is filed in the month of July, 2020.

4. Hence, the present M.J.C. No. 981 of 2022 stands dismissed. Dismissal of the present M.J.C. would not be a hurdle for the petitioner to file review petition. (P. B. Bajanthri, J) (Jitendra Kumar, J) Shoaib/- U
