2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 137(2) and 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant went to her school from where this petitioner with the help of other accused persons induced and kidnapped her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to misconception. Petitioner and the daughter of the informant were studying in the same Nursing college where they fell in love and since they were adults so they married as per their own choice and are living together as husband and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29899 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 wife. Petitioner is a young boy having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the informant conceded that the daughter of the informant and petitioner are major and living together as husband and wife. Learned A.P.P. for the State also conceded the same fact.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
