Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application of petitioner no.4, namely, Haresh Mahto, Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41003 of 2021 (4) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 petitioner no.4 is dismissed as withdrawn.

So far as the petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 are concerned, they seek bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 678 of 2020, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation and dispute, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 678 of 2020.
