Otherwise also, we have found that the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.242 of 2013(35) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 offending part in paragraphs 53 and 54 of the order of the learned single Judge has already been set aside by the judgment in L.P.A. No. 394 of 2011 and other analogous L.P.As.

We were rather surprised to see that an order which is completely in favour of the State is sought to be revised by the State only.

Nonetheless, on the request of Mr. Anirban Kundu, we permit him to withdraw this petition. The review petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
