2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 737 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the main assailant of the deceased is one Gujral Kumar.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
