JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of difference of arrears of salary for the period 1.1.2006 to 31.7.2010.

On behalf of the University, a counter affidavit has been filed wherein statement has been made in para-5 that the claim of the petitioner has been settled by making payment amounting to Rs. 2,82,391/- under Advice No. 229 dated 21.05.2013.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. In the event, there is error in calculation of arrears of salary or

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
