The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent- authorities to remove the encroachment made by the private respondents over the land appertaining to C.S. Khata no. 93, plot no. 201, which is a Gairmajarua Aam land, as also upon khata no. 102, plot nos. 200, 202, situated at Mauza-Ore, P.S. Belaganj, District- Gaya, which is recorded in the name of Zila Parishad, Gaya.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7968 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2021 2/2 The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would be approaching the Circle Officer, Belaganj, Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, which shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously by the Circle Officer, Belaganj, Gaya, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
