2. Petitioner is aggrieved for non-payment of due interest on account of delay in making payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, respondent no.5 (the Chief Executive Officer-cumDeputy Development Commissioner, Gaya) is directed to ensure payment of interest from the date the petitioner was entitled for payment of retiral dues till the date the same has been paid to the petitioner, in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble
