2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahuawa P.S. Case No. 6 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier, vide order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4003 of 2025, regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court considering the recovery of the contraband beyond the commercial quantity coupled with embargo under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

4. Prosecution case, in short, is that total 78.6 kilogram of ganja has been recovered in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34296 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.07.2024 without any rhymes or reason and has no criminal antecedent.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

7. There is no fresh ground to consider the bail petition of the petitioner.

8. In view of the above, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial.
