The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay arrears of salary due to the petitioner since March 2018 and further, pay the salary for the period of 01.04.2017 to 11.04.2017, 28.08.2017 to 31.08.2017 and September 2017 to November 2017.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that as far as the salary for the month of October 2020 to December 2020 and January 2021 is concerned, the same has been transferred in the saving account of the petitioner, however, as far as the arrears of salary are concerned, the same shall be paid as soon as the allotment is received.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and the District Education Officer,

3/3 Bhojpur at Ara to make payment of the arrears of salary, as aforesaid, to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and the District Education Officer, Bhojpur at Ara shall not draw their salary.
