JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-08-2023 Heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Mujtabaul Haque, learned GP-12 along with Mr. Pranoy Kumar, learned AC to GP-12 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs this Court that the petitioner has deliberately not filed the requisite forms for sanction of pension.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court finds it proper that the petitioner may appear personally before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8087 of 2023 dt.29-08-2023 2/2 concerned authority to get all the requisites forms filled up by him so that the authority concerned may expeditiously sanction the pension papers in accordance with law and send it to the Accountant General, Bihar.

4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation along with all the relevant documents relating to the fixation of pension and payment of other retiral dues to the petitioner in accordance with law. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the competent authority in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
