Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having considered the merits of the case, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has been pleased to grant provisional bail to this petitioner till disposal of the case and certain reports were called for from different authorities of the State Government. From perusal of record especially the order dated 24.06.2022 of the learned Co-ordinate Bench, it appears that though various reports, kept on record, have been filed by the State, still some reports were awaited. The learned Co-ordinate Bench adjourned the matter at the request of learned counsel for the State who prayed for grant of some time to ensure the compliance of the order of this Court in letter and spirit.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41005 of 2021(13) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 Since, it is a petition under Section 439 and 440 of Cr.P.C., I do not find any useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending for filing of the report by the authorities of the State.

Hence, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.04.2022, in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 131 of 2021, is hereby confirmed.
