2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 504, 307, 379, 354/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted one Nawal Yadav on his head by Khanti causing head injury. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
