2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram. The petitioner has made specific statement in paragraphs no. 12 and 13 of the writ petition that similarly situated employees have been granted relief(s) as

3. Considering the aforesaid submission on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation along with all supporting documents before the Municipal Commissioner, Sasaram Nagar Nigam, who shall disposed of the representation of the petitioner well within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
