The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 452, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant side and also snatching gold chain by the accused persons including the petitioners.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30251 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence and the injury has been found to be simple in nature.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Danapur in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 382 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
