The petitioner is in custody in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 483 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 397 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of gold jewelry of Rs.1,50,000/- but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
