The petitioner seeks bail in Kuchaikote P. S. Case No. 86 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 32(2), 38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that total 1857.600 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a Bolero vehicle. Petitioner is alleged to be driver of the aforesaid Bolero pick up van. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor from Bolero pick-up vehicle, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
