The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sursand (Bhitha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 34/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon an order dated 10.12.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31983 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 10.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31983 of 2021 this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41288 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand (Bhitha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 34/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
