2. Pursuant to order dated 24.07.2018, the respondent no. 6 is present along with his show cause. Supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 7 and supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of respondent no. 9.

3. From the same, it transpires that all admitted dues of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11697 of 2017 dt.09-08-2018 2/2 the petitioner have been paid. Further, with regard to the direction of the Court to the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department to fix responsibility for such delay against the concerned officers, he has written to the Principal Secretaries of the concerned Departments for appropriate action.

4. The stand is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

6. Personal appearance of the respondent no. 6 stands dispensed with.
