The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.49 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Banka.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
