Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that she has taken Rs.3.5 lakhs from the complainant/informant on the assurance of providing job to wife of complainant as Anganwari Sevika and thereby cheated the complainant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has no authority to appoint any person and she has falsely been implicated in this case due to village rivalry and she is a Government servant and is ready to abide by any condition that

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 124 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
