The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakiya P.S. Case No.119 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she had voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner as is evident from para 62 of the case-diary.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
