The same is taken on record.

2. Perusal of the supplementary counter affidavit, it is evident that subject matter of motor vehicle has been released

Patna High Court CWJC No.8070 of 2025 dt.30-07-2025 2/2 in favour of the petitioner on 24.07.2025. Prima facie, the petitioner had registered F.I.R for the offences under Section 379 of I.P.C. corresponding to Section 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 for theft of the vehicle. Thereafter, some miscreants must have abused or misused the vehicle in connection with the offences under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Taking note of these facts and circumstances, the present Writ petition stands disposed of. Petitioner is requested to co-operate with the Police/Excise officials in connection with the offences under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, if it is so warranted.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ petition stands disposed of.
