The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Town P.S.Case nO.233 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken Rs.2,50,000/- and the cheque issued by his has dishonoured. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to pay back the money in some easy installment. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.49497 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is ready to pay back the money in some easy installment and considering the same he will pass appropriate order, if possible on the same day.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
