2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Mahila P.S. Nawada Case No. 55 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015 instituted under Sections 354B/341/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is nephew of the land owner in which the petitioner runs an organization and because he was trying to help his uncle in getting the premises vacated, to counter the same, this false case has been lodged. It was further submitted that nobody had caught hold and assaulted the petitioner which shows that the occurrence did not

5. Learned APP submitted that there is specific allegation of the petitioner trying to outrage the modesty of the informant and the same cannot be disbelieved for the present.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
