Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.228 of 2017 (Sanjay Kumar and Another vs. The State of Bihar and Others).

In such view of the matter, let the competent authority examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that his case

Patna High Court CWJC No.7432 of 2017(3) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 is identical to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.228 of 2017, in such circumstance, he will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.228 of 2017. It is clarified that this Court is not examining the merit of the case. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
