JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 This application has been filed against the order dated 30.3.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria in maintenance case No. 73 of 2013, by which the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. of the opposite party No.2 was allowed and petitioner was directed to pay Rs.2000/- per month to opposite party No.2 as maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is still ready to keep opposite party No.2 with him with dignity and care but opposite party No.2 is not ready to reside with him. However, he is ready to pay the amount to opposite party No.2 which has been fixed by the Principal Judge, Family Court by the impugned order.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.470 of 2016(3) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Heard learned counsel for opposite party No.2 also. In view of the fact that petitioner is ready to pay the the maintenance amount which has been fixed by the Family Court, as such this application is dismissed as not pressed.
