2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 435, 379, 354(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the husband of the informant got eight katha of agricultural land on lease from this petitioner for five years. When the informant was cultivating in the aforesaid land, this petitioner forcibly destroyed the crops by means of tractor. On protest by the informant, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons started abusing her and assaulted her by means of fists and kick. It is further alleged that this petitioner tore the blouse of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present is the counterblast of Laukaha (Lalmaniya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 248 of 2022 and only to save skin from this case, the present case has been filed. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya O.P.) P.S. Case No.320 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
