2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of SC/ST P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 dated 09.06.2021 (SC/ST Case No. 43 of 2021) instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420, 506 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 3(i)(r)(s), 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.
