2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1) That the petitioner humbly seeks a direction to all the respondents in general and the respondent No. 02 to 04 in particular to grant the 1st ACP w.e.f.

13.12.2008 and the 2nd MACP w.e.f.

13.12.2016 to which he is statutorily entitled, and due to non grant of the same the petition is aggrieved, and has preferred to the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for a legal remedy."

3. Short question for consideration in the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.12878 of 2021 dt.12-01-2022 2/2 petition is whether petitioner is entitled to 1st ACP w.e.f. 13.12.2008 and 2nd MACP w.e.f. 13.12.2016 or not? In this regard, petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 22.02.2021.

4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner with reference to the service records read with the relevant statutory provision and decide the petitioner's representation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
