2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 44(O)/2023 registered for an offence under sections 135(1)(B)(C) of Custom Act, 1962.

4. In view of the fact that the trial has now concluded and the lady has been convicted, the bail application has become infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of.
5. Before parting, this Court would like to record that since the lady is a foreign national, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patna shall ensure that in case, she shows her willingness to file appeal against the order and need any legal assistance, the same be extended to her. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patna shall look into the matter and submit a report in this regard to the Court.
6. The Trial Court is also directed to communicate to the Embassy of Myanmar i.e. Myanmar Burma Embassy, 3/50F, Nyaya Marg, Chanakyapuri, South West Delhi-
