2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons sold the land of informant to other accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Khatiyani of the land in question reflects that the same was in the name of Khado Gope for which sale deed vide Deed No. 4756 of 1925 was executed by Jamna Gope, son of Khado Gope to Babu Mahavir Singh and petitioner, being legal heir of Babu
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35627 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 Mahavir Singh, executed the sale deed in question. He further submits that informant is not having any chit of paper to substantiate the case and rather he is willing to acquire land by forged and fabricated papers. Moreover, dispute involved in this case is with regard to sale and purchase of land which is purely civil in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P. S. Case No. 712 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
