The petitioner is not satisfied with the amount of compensation awarded for his land acquired by the respondentauthorities. Submission is that the petitioner has received the compensation amount decided on protest. In the circumstances, the petitioner would not be debarred from making application under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short

Since the petitioner has got statutory remedy, this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction is not inclined to grant relief as claimed.
