Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74729 of 2019, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 16.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74729 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31913 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 receipt of copy of this order, subject to deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
