The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2022 in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.67 of 2022 giving rise to Special Case No. 189 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 32, 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 522 litres of foreign liquor from from Bolero pickup vehicle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent under the Indian Penal Code and he is in custody since 05.03.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
