JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 The issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. This Court had occasion to decide similar issue with retard to auction purchaser who was, after payment of the entire amount of the auction purchase, subjected to a demand charging interest. The case at hand is also covered by the decision taken on 03.05.2019 in CWJC No. 18985 of 2013 ( Saraswati Roy & Ors. Vs. The Bihar State Housing Board and Ors.).

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 3.5.2019 passed in CWJC No. 18985/2013.
