The appellants are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(2) (v-a) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that they are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the occurrence too place during petty dispute over bursting crackers during Chhath Pooja. It is further submitted that injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. It is also submitted that good sense has been prevailed between the parties and a compromise petition is annexed as Annexure 2, with this application. A statement has been made in para 3 of the appeal that appellants has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the appellants, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
