This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with G.R. No. 1837 of 2022 arising out of Khajauli P.S. Case No. 186 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(1)(2) and 41(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 50,000/- in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swani Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar- 842002, without accepting his guilt. The petitioner is from Haryana. He is in custody since 07.04.2023.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with G.R. No. 1837 of 2022 arising out of Khajauli P.S. Case No. 186 of 2022. Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of Rs. 50,000/- issued by Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar- 842002 and verification of the genuineness of the receipt.

Since the petitioner is from Haryana, the Court below is directed to verify the recent address of the petitioner before releasing him and one of the bailors should be blood relative of the petitioner.

The verification process shall be initiated by Court below just after the communication of the copy of the receipt of this order to the Court below.
