2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366A / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act as well as under Section 3(i)(r), (s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged victim girl has earlier also eloped from her house and again she has eloped from her house. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the there

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 75 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
