The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners on the Post of Class-III as well as Class-IV in any department under the authority of State Government of Bihar as the petitioners for the period of about three

The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of passing of a judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench of this Court in Civil Review No.59 of 2018, hence it is submitted that the present writ petition be disposed off.
