2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 372 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 12.05.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 109, 337, 338, 332, 333, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 74067 of 2023 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 29.02.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail.

4. It appears that the petitioner has neither complied

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37851 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 the order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74067 of 2023 nor he has filed modification application for modify the aforesaid order and he has filed the present bail petition for grant of anticipatory bail.
